Q: How many Loungewear Bundle can I purchase?
A: On the pre-order site, you can order a maximum of 2 Men’s and 2 Women’s Loungewear set per transaction.
Q: Why is there a cap now?
A: To accommodate all customer orders, each transaction is limited to a maximum of 2 Men’s and 2 Women’s Loungewear Bundle. Each customer is still able to place multiple transactions.
Q: So is there a cap per transaction if McDonald’s is going to fulfill all orders?
A: The limited number of orders per transaction is to help accommodate all customer orders and timely delivery of the Loungewear Bundle.
Q: Why can’t the food (Happy Sharing Box) be delivered to me?
A: As per a standard pre-order process involving purchase of merchandise, we are only able to delivery non-food items. However with the Happy Sharing Box vouchers, you can redeem the food items at any store at your convenience before expiry date.
Q: Where can I redeem the Happy Sharing Box?
A: You can redeem the Happy Sharing Box voucher at all McDonald’s Singapore
restaurant counter, after breakfast hours, while stocks last. Please proceed to the counters at our restaurants so our crew and managers can assist you.
Q: Why is there sleeping mask in this Loungewear Bundle now?
A: To thank all our customers for their support and strong demand for the Loungewear Set, we will automatically include the sleeping mask in the Loungewear Bundle. Customers now no longer need to key in a promo code to enjoy the additional sleeping mask.
Q: I purchased the McDelivery Night In Bundle previously (during launch) and did not get the sleeping mask in the bundle. What can I do now to claim my sleeping mask?
A: During our initial launch, customers were required to key in the promo code to receive the additional sleeping mask. Customers who ordered through the call centre, did not have a promo code key function and therefore were unable to receive the sleeping mask. If you ordered during the initial launch and keyed in the promo code, you can submit your feedback via the “Contact us” page on our website so we can confirm your order. Alternatively, if you pre-order the Loungewear Bundle, the sleeping mask will automatically be included in your order. If you did not receive the sleeping mask, please contact us at email@example.com so we can confirm your order.
