PDPA CONSENT

I hereby authorise, agree and consent to allow Hanbaobao Pte. Ltd. (Licensee of McDonald’s) and its affiliates (collectively “McDonald’s”) to:

• collect, use, disclose and/or process personal data about me that I had previously provided McDonald’s, that I now provide McDonald’s, that I may in future provide McDonald’s with and/or that McDonald’s possesses about me including but not limited to my name, telephone numbers, email address, for the following purposes:

  • in connection with “McDelivery Service”, where “McDelivery Service” refers to the service offered by McDonald’s to its customers, whereby the orders placed by the customers for McDonald’s Products remotely through McDonald’s Web sites and mobile device applications (collectively “Online Services”) and delivered from the designated McDonald’s Restaurants to the relevant customer's address by me on motorbikes or other means of transport;
  • carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
  • storing, hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of my personal data, whether within or outside Singapore,

  (collectively the “Purposes”);

• disclose personal data about me to McDonald’s third party service providers and agents (“Representatives”) that are engaged by McDonald’s to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes, so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The Representatives may be located within or outside Singapore. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.

I acknowledge and agree that I have access to the name, address and contact numbers of McDonald’s customers (collectively referred to as “Customer Information”) and agree that without the prior written consent of McDonald’s, I shall not use the Customer Information for my own benefit or the benefit of any other person or entity, and shall not disclose, to any other person or entity, any of the Customer Information, except to the extent such use or disclosure is required in connection with the performance of the McDelivery Service. I shall use my best efforts and utmost diligence to safeguard the Customer Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am the authorised user and/or subscriber of the telephone number and email address provided by me to McDonald’s, and that I have read and understood the above provisions.
