Inaccurate news stories on use of ammonia hydroxide
You may have seen recent “news” stories about the use of ammonia hydroxide (“pink slime”) in burgers circulating online or via WhatsApp. The story is inaccurate. Here in Singapore, we’ve never used beef treated with ammonium hydroxide or “pink slime”. Our beef patties are made from 100% beef, from Australia and New Zealand. Customers can be assured that we are fully committed to serving great tasting food made with only quality ingredients.
