Canola Oil

We began to use Canola Blend oil to fry our products in our Singapore restaurants in October 2014. Taking our Chicken McNuggets for example, which are also par fried in Sunflower blend oil before they reach our restaurants, the saturated fat is now reduced by about 30%.


McDonald’s® Singapore is one of the partners for the Health Promotion Board’s Healthier Dining Programme. We introduced the wholegrain muffin in October 2014 to replace the classic English muffins in our popular breakfast menu at no extra cost.
