Offering customers the option of meal donation

McDonald’s is partnering with a Singapore-based volunteer welfare organisation, Compassion Fund Ltd, to allow customers to donate their meals to needy students. These students are from low-income families facing crisis due to the sudden death, critical illness or major accident of the family’s breadwinner. Customers who wish to donate their meals can inform McDonald’s counter crew when placing their order. Donated meals will be valued at S$5 each and will be distributed to the beneficiaries of Compassion Fund in the form of McDonald’s meal vouchers at the end of the promotion.
