A: A Service Crew may be assigned front counter, lobby or kitchen duties. Front counter duties include taking customers' orders and accepting payment. The Service Crew will also have to interact with customers, clear trays and ensure that the lobby is clean. A: Our Guest Experience Leader will be paid on an hourly basis. If our Guest Experience Leader are available on flexible hours, he/she will be offered a monthly salary if he/she is able to commit to full-time hours required by the needs of the restaurant.
