A: The hourly rate varies with each restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager of each store will be able to provide information on the appropriate hourly rate.
A: A Service Crew may be assigned front counter, lobby or kitchen duties. Front counter duties include taking customers' orders and accepting payment. The Service Crew will also have to interact with customers, clear trays and ensure that the lobby is clean. Lastly, the Service Crew will have to cook and assemble orders (putting together a burger with dressing etc.) in the kitchen.
A: There are 2 options when it comes to working hours. 'Any Time, Any Day' (ATAD) Service Crew are available 7 days a week, and at anytime throughout the day. They work for 6 days a week for a minimum of 35 hours. Overtime is considered if you work for more than 8 hours per day (excluding break).The second option applies to Service Crew who can commit to part-time work. They may work a minimum of 4 hours per day, at least one day per week.

A: The programme is a 3 to 4 years course. Our Trainees are on the fast track to become a Restaurant General Manager responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant in just 3 to 4 years depending on his/her performance. Trainings will be provided at each level.
A: It will be a 5 day work week for our restaurant management trainees. This includes weekends and Public Holidays. You will be required to work for 9 hours each day, on a rotating shift basis.
