Our famous Filet-O-Fish™ is well-loved by many.

We like to think it’s because of the prime white fish varieties we use. Hoki and Pollock are caught in the deep waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and treated with special care. While still out at sea, our suppliers use a unique quick-freeze process to seal in the ocean-fresh quality. The fish is filleted on shore by the fish experts, then frozen, blocked and formed into patties.

Remember that the next time you bite into a tender Filet-O-Fish™.

White fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, and is a good source of protein and B vitamins.

 

Fast Fact
The buns in a Filet-O-Fish™ are specially steamed to complement the flaky texture of the fish patties.
