Beef


When you bite into a McDonald’s beef patty, you know you’re eating 100% beef. No additives, no binders and certainly no fillers. To lock in the goodness of the beef, McDonald’s patties are prepared, packaged and flash-frozen by approved meat suppliers. We take pains to work only with parties known to abide by the strictest food safety and quality standards in the industry. In our kitchens, the beef patties are grilled to perfection without the use of additional fat or oil. All that goes on the patty is some salt and pepper for taste.
